All hands on deck, the ship is sinking. We are locals and beginning a chapter of INDIVISIBLE, a nation-wide organizing group (indivisble.org). The group is recruiting no more than 8-10 people, with a larger reserve list, who will meet at our home. We looking for serious people, problem solvers, those who can connect. This group will hopefully comprise: young, senior, people of color, LGBTQ and others. We need you now to avert tyranny, autocracy, fascism. Our ship is taking in more water than we can handle. Applications are being accepted from Lincoln County non-profit organizations that serve or offer programs to youth, women and families that are related to gardening, nutrition, growing food, education, arts and smiliar activities.
Submit a one-page letter specifying your non-profit organization and detail what program / project / event along with a detailed budget for the intended use of the funds granted. Seal Rock Garden Club 501(c)(4) will endeavor to accommodate as many Lincoln County requests up to the $1000 total available.

Deadline: Application must be recevied by April 15

Friends of the Waldport Library Book Sales Booth, located at the Library, will be on the first Wednesday of the month from May through September from 11:00am-2:00pm. The Waldport Board of Trustees has an opening for a Board member residing in Waldport city limits. The Board of Trustees is an advisory board appointed by the Waldport City Council. The board consists of five members; three residing within Waldport city limits and two residing within Lincoln County. The term limit is three years. Regular meetings are held the second Tuesday of the month at 9:00 am at the Waldport Public Library.
